One thing we did notice though, is that the service says they have a spell checker but we couldn’t get that feature to work. It would just send through whatever gobbledygook we typed up and it did not mark the words red or anything.

Live2Support is the best deal around for small businesses with small budgets. The basic package comes with three chat operators; most plans come with just one. However, your website traffic must stay within specific limits.
Live2Support was not as intuitive as other live chat software. The names Live2Support uses to label the features aren't simple to grasp, so previous experience with chat software comes in handy.
Setting up Live2Support was no simple task; you need some technical know-how to do this right.
You can run several live chats at the same time but this isn't as convenient in Live2Support as it is in top-ranked live chat programs. The controls you need during a chat are not as handy as they could be.
Live2Support provides most of the tracking and monitoring abilities we review, but this chat service doesn't offer the power to track visitor footprints or see a website statistics summary.
This live chat service offers fewer features than most; Live2Support is a basic, no-frills service. For example, you are not able to spell-check chat messages, share documents, share images, or co-web browse. The service won't allow you to include a floating invitation to chat on your website, or after chatting, allow you to offer a survey to customers or email a chat transcript. Your live chat operators can transfer data with a secure SSL connection, however.

We found Live2Support help useful. Every time we visited their website, we noticed the customer service live chat was available.
Live2Support has a cap at five chat operators. Once you need more than five operators, you must purchase a new package or change to another service. This may work well for companies that don't plan to expand past three chat operators, but this limitation is inconvenient for growing companies.
Though Live2Support doesn't offer you the bells and whistles and unlimited hits on your website, we felt it was a solid program. It is perfect for an online business owner who needs several chat operators, doesn't anticipate rapid growth and doesn't want to pay a premium price.
